OK.

Now that Roger Federer has gotten the last major title and tying the all-time major wins at 14, how he follow it up?

Will he surpass Pete Sampras in all-time wins at the All England Lawn Tennis Championships?

I think Rodger will indeed pass Pete for the all time win record come  Winbledon time.

The defending Wimbledon champion, Rafael Nadal, will be the top seed on the men's side, while top-ranked Dinara Safina, despite losing in the French Open final, will be the top seed on the women's side.

Lleyton Hewitt eliminated fifth-seeded Juan Martin del Potro by a 6-3, 7-5, 7-5 straight set win.

A bit of a surprise!

The "Queen of Drama", Jelena Jankovic, is gone!

Thank goodness!

Melanie Oudin took her out, 6-7, 7-5, 6-2.

Wow!

This could end up being an interesting finish on the men's bracket here.

The favorite, Roger Federer, advanced.

England's hope of ending their long drought, Andy Murray, also advanced.

The 2002 Wimbledon champ, Lleyton Hewitt, and the oldest man in the tournament, Tommy Haas, are playing well again after recovering from numerous injuries.

And then you have the lone American man left, Andy Roddick, is playing well and has gone deeper in this tournament that he's ever been in his career.

This should be interesting the next few days.

We have an American in the Wimbledon final.

In the matchup of Andys, it was Roddick who prevailed as he took out Murray in 4 sets, 6-4, 4-6, 7-6, 7-6.

A little dilemma here...

I want Roddick to win it so we'll have an American Wimbledon champion on this 4th of July weekend, but I would also like to see Federer break that record held by Sampras.

Serena had a spectacular serving day as she took out her sister, Venus, 7-6, 6-2, to earn her third Wimbledon title.

Roddick takes the 1st set, 7-5.

He's played magnificently in the crucial moments.

He's fought off a few break points to hold.
