Rodger Goodell the commissioner of the National Football League laid the down the hammer against Donte Stallworth WR of the Browns. Who pleaded guilty in a plea agreement for running over and killing a man Miami. As Stallworth was suspended indefinitely from the NFL.

"The conduct reflected in your guilty plea resulted in the tragic loss of life and was inexcusable," Goodell wrote. "While the criminal justice system has determined the legal consequences of this incident, it is my responsibility as NFL commissioner to determine the appropriate league discipline for your actions, which have caused irreparable harm to the victim and his family, your club, your fellow players and the NFL."

I think Goodell did the right thing.  He is turning into a good commish. It makes me wonder if the Browns will release him.

I think Goodell did the right thing.  He is turning into a good commish. It makes me wonder if the Browns will release him.

I am sure the browns will release Stallworth,But I do not think they can now release  until he is now reinstated.

However the Falcons released Michael Vick and he hasn't been reinstated yet.
