Second Chance?

HAMPTON, Va. -- Suspended NFL star Michael Vick's federal dogfighting sentence ended Monday, freeing him to lobby for a return to the field.

Vick's attorney Lawrence Woodward told The Associated Press outside Vick's suburban Virginia home that the former Atlanta Falcons quarterback had been released from federal custody as scheduled.

That means Vick no longer has to wear the electronic monitor he's had on while under home confinement for the last two months of his 23-month sentence.

I disagree!  Angry

When it comes to something like dog fighting that I am really against. I don't care whether he is a great QB or not. When you do something that awful then I think he should have just been given a stiffer penalty.

I just really lost trust in Michael Vick and I can't stand him now.

Some people deserve a second chance, but him I don't know.

Even though Jerry Jones says he's not interested, I don't believe a word of it.  Al Davis is another one who could take a chance on him.

i think dog fighting is wrong... i realize i might take some heat for this, but honestly theyre just dogs... its not like he was killing humans... but i do totally agree he was wrong... its kinda like people can go to jail for killing whales or whatever, but nothing happens to them when they murder babies (abortion)
