The University of South Florida in Tampa has hired  East Carolina University head football coach Skip Holtz  as their next and only second head football coach ever to Jim Leavitt.

yeah its good hire however I think he should have stayed at ECU however USF is in a BCS conference as in the big east.

I think the big reason for his move is the fact that he'll be recruiting in talent-rich state of Florida and also for a team that belongs in a BCS conference.
