The Buffalo Bills have hired Chan Gailey as there new head coach. Gailey knows football but he will have his hands full trying to turn the Bills around.

mix reaction I guess they figure they will give Chin a second co chance in the NFL rather then higher someone fresh and new.

There were indeed better coaches out there.  I could see Gailey as an assistant coach but hasn't proven himself as a head coach.
