The Cleveland Browns signed Jake Delhomme to a 2 year deal.

Looks to me like Delhomme is going to be the starter for the Browns as they traded Brady Quinn to Denver. I figured someone was going to sign Delhomme but I didn't think it would be a 2 year deal.
