i think im going to this game... hopefully Man U brings all their stars with them, cuz i want to see them even though i hate United

Confirming rumors circulating in the past week, the Union have announced that English Premier League and global soccer giant Manchester United will come to Philadelphia to play the Union at the Linc on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. This will be the second stop for Man U on a four-stop US tour.

Quite a summer for soccer hype in the US and Philadelphia: The MLS team's inaugural season in town, the World Cup in South Africa, and now Manchester United.

There's no official word yet as to which Man U players will make the trip, which comes just after many of them will play in the World Cup. Per a press release, tickets for this event will be available to the general public beginning Monday, May 10th at 10:00 a.m. through PhiladelphiaEagles.com, Ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 745-3000.

the game has concluded... manchester united wins 1-0... the union outplayed manchester united for the whole game but one gaff by a midfielder led to an easy goal for obertan... the union missed the goal twice by mere inches and shot an easy goal 10 yards over the goal... that was a great game and i would recommend going to an mls game... its a great time
