USC is in deep trouble after the 2004 season which that's when USC won the BCS Championsip with Reggie Bush and Matt Linenart. A press conference which will be later Thursday Afternoon on penalties that might put the 2004 title in jeopardy.

Looks like the NCAA is finally getting tough on the big schools.

USC is done for two years and they are striped of both their title and Heisman from that season.

It seems irrational to go through all of this rigmarole now. The season is long gone, and he played great. Yes, there's a lot of evidence, but we can't really change what has already happened, or what we know happened. Will the championship be given to the second place team? What about the Heisman trophy? Will that be given to the second best player in the voting? None of this makes sense. We might as well say "Shame on you, we haven't forgotten about things that happened years ago. Because of that, we're going to punish your program now, a few years later, that way all of your fans, current students, and current athletes all suffer." I disagree with the current course of action.
