Brett Favre is in Minnesota but he won't be talking publicly until Wednesday.

The Vikings announced via press release that the quarterback will hold a news conference Wednesday afternoon at some point. Coach Brad Childress will speak to the media, as previously scheduled, after the morning practice at Winter Park.

Favre is believed to have gone for a physical today after he arrived.

Favre doesn't know what the word retirement means.

Everyone knew he was coming back. Jared Allen and Steve Hutchison's visit had nothing to do with it. He just didn't want to go to training camp and wanted to spend time with his family
